Delete your PriceSage account

You can delete your PriceSage account and all of its data at any time. PriceSage is made by Upper Hand Integrations.

In the app (fastest)

1. Open PriceSage and sign in.
2. Tap Account at the bottom of the screen.
3. Tap Delete my account and confirm.

Your account and data are deleted immediately.

Without the app

Email hello@pricesage.app from the email address on your account, with the subject "Delete my account". We'll delete it within 7 days and reply to confirm.

What gets deleted

• Your account and sign-in email
• The people you shop for, their special days, and any notes
• Gift ideas, price watches, alerts, and your order history
• Your family memberships, and any "I'll get this" gift picks you made. People you shared with a family stop being shared.
• Your notification settings on our servers

Photos of people you shop for are stored only on your device; they're removed when you delete the app.

What we keep

Nothing tied to you. Deleted data may remain in encrypted backups for a short time until those backups expire. Retailers and affiliate networks keep their own records of purchases you made on their sites, under their own privacy policies.
